Peak Women Is Expanding: More Space for Our Growing Community

When Peak Women opened in July 2024, we knew we were creating something special. What we didn't know was just how quickly this community would grow.

Peak Women originally began as a dedicated women-only space sectioned off within Peak Physique. The idea was simple: create a place where women could train comfortably, receive personalized support, and feel like they genuinely belonged.

Since then, that space has become so much more than a place to work out.

It has become home to an incredible community of women.

And now, we're very excited to announce that Peak Women is expanding.

From a Small Space to a Growing Community

When we created Peak Women, we wanted women to have a fitness environment designed specifically with them in mind.

We wanted a space where someone could walk in for her first workout without feeling intimidated. Where women could learn to strength train with knowledgeable support. Where someone returning to exercise after years away could start exactly where she was. And where women navigating different stages of life could have training that adapted with them.

Most importantly, we wanted it to feel welcoming. Over the past two years, we've watched that vision become a reality.

Women have walked through our doors, brought their friends, formed relationships, celebrated accomplishments, supported one another, and made Peak Women their own.

As more women have joined us, one thing has become increasingly clear: We need more room!

Peak Women Is Getting More Space

Our expansion will give the Peak Women community more room to train, move, connect, and continue growing.

For our current members, it means more space inside the gym they've already helped turn into such an incredible community.

For women who haven't visited us yet, we're especially excited to open up the space and welcome you in.

Maybe you've wanted to start strength training but haven't felt comfortable in a traditional gym. Maybe you've been searching for a women's gym where someone actually knows your name and your goals. Or maybe you're simply looking for a place that feels more like your own.

We hope you'll find that at Peak Women.

Still Peak Women, Just With More Room

While our space is growing, what makes Peak Women Peak Women isn't changing.

We're still focused on personalized training. We're still a women-only fitness community. We're still here for women at different ages, fitness levels, and stages of life. And we're still committed to creating an environment where you can work hard without feeling like you have to prove that you belong.

This expansion isn’t about becoming a bigger, busier gym; it’s about creating more room for the kind of experience our members have already built here.

More room to move. More room to get stronger. More room to welcome new faces. And more room for this community to continue becoming whatever comes next.

Thank You to the Women Who Got Us Here

This expansion wouldn't be happening without the women who have supported Peak Women since we opened in July 2024.

To every woman who decided to give us a try, showed up for another workout, told a friend about us, encouraged another member, laughed with us, worked hard with us, and made Peak Women part of her routine: thank you.

You've helped turn an idea into a community.

Watching women find confidence in the gym, discover how strong they are, and build friendships along the way has been one of the best parts of this journey.

Now, we get to make room for even more of it.

Come Find Your New Gym Home

If you've been curious about Peak Women, there's never been a more exciting time to come see what we're building.

Whether you're brand new to working out, getting back into fitness, looking for more personalized support, or simply searching for a women-only gym where you can feel comfortable being yourself, we'd love to welcome you.

Our space may be getting bigger, but our purpose remains exactly the same: Helping women get stronger, feel supported, and find a fitness community where they belong.

We can't wait to show you what's next.

Peak Women: Wellness that fits your life.
